Every workplace needs people who can spot when others arenโt doing so well and know how to offer the right kind of support. Thatโs whyย Wellbeing Championsย are needed.ย
This training helps your champions build confidence in talking about mental health, recognising early signs of stress, and guiding colleagues towards the right help. Itโs about creating a culture where people feel safe, valued, and cared for. Not just as employees, but as humans.ย
Whether youโre setting up your first wellbeing network or strengthening an existing one, this training gives your champions the tools, knowledge, and empathy to make a real difference day-to-day.ย
Content Includes:
โย Understanding wellbeing:ย What wellbeing really means, and how it spans physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual domains.
โ The wellbeing continuum:ย Seeing wellbeing as something that naturally fluctuates โ and how to support yourself and others along the way.
โ What shapes wellbeing:ย Exploring internal and external factors that can boost or challenge how we feel and function.
โ Work and wellbeing:ย How our jobs can both support and strain us, and the link between wellbeing and performance.
โ Spotting early signs:ย Recognising when someoneโs wellbeing may be declining, and how to notice changes in yourself too.
โ Common challenges:ย Understanding how physical health, stress, anxiety, low mood, neurodivergence, bullying, or exclusion can affect wellbeing.
โ Defining the champion role:ย Setting clear boundaries and understanding whatโs within (and outside) your role.
โ Supportive conversations:ย How to listen with empathy, create psychological safety, and think together about next steps.
