Menopause and perimenopause can have a significant impact on confidence, concentration, wellbeing, workplace relationships, and performance. Managers play a key role in creating an environment where colleagues feel supported and able to have open, constructive conversations.
This engaging and practical session helps managers build their understanding of menopause and perimenopause, challenges common misconceptions, and equips them with the confidence and practical strategies to provide appropriate support, make reasonable adjustments where needed, and create an inclusive workplace culture.

The training will take place on MS Teams and the link will be sent out a few days before. CPD Certificates will be provided after the session.
