Jamie Edwards

Training Coordinator

Jamie Edwards

PMAC’s Training Coordinator, Jamie, is responsible for organising our scheduled training sessions, as well as liaising with clients in the initial stages to discuss training requirements. You will likely speak with Jamie if you make an online enquiry! Jamie also conducts some of our management training courses, having had extensive experience working as a manager in various roles. 

Jamie has extensive experience in the training sector, he was responsible for the management of in-house and external training at a top Petrochemical company in the UK. He helped implement various training strategies which included regular staff/management training, as well as producing the wellbeing training plan for the whole company.

 Jamie’s educational experience consists of a 1st Class Honours degree in Business Studies from the University of Manchester, where he graduated in 2009. In his spare time, Jamie enjoys spending time with his family and walking his dogs in the Lake District. Jamie manages our Stress Management course.

Hayley Broughton-McKinna

Hayley

Hayley has over 7 years experience working within the mental health sector, from evaluating service users’ mental health and wellbeing, to training large groups of 25+ healthcare professionals on various topics. 

Qualifications & Experience

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Manchester, where she conducted an original piece of research into the lived experiences of young adults with sickle cell trait and its impact on their relationships and sense of identity.

Hayley spent 5 weeks in Sri Lanka volunteering on a number of different projects. She ran therapeutic clinics on a number of different psychiatric wards at the National Institute of Mental Health, as well as at a women’s Halfway Home, and in a children’s displacement centre. She worked to promote positive mental health and wellbeing by delivering interactive activities aimed at boosting confidence, self-esteem, and improving key life skills. 

In her free time, Hayley enjoys researching psychology, mental health and therapy techniques, whilst also finding time to spend with her three babies (cats!). She also responsible for writing a lot of our news articles and blog posts.
